Later afternoon on Tuesday, October 22, Toby Boyce walked into the Howard Hanna RealCom Realty office at 52 North Sandusky Street witch the official paperwork to complete the first sentence in his new professional chapter.

Toby had been planning to launch his own brokerage later this year and just this past Friday, November 16, completed his broker classes at Hondros College. However in talking with Howard Hanna RealCom’s Delaware branch managepr Jeff Dunahue it became apparent to Gretchen and Toby that that this was the place for him to be at this time and place.
What’s Changed?
This summer, Toby realized that he’d gotten away from his core business model. The move to Howard Hanna RealCom Realty in Delaware, Ohio, allows him to focus on getting back to basics working on helping people — because that’s what he’s the best at.
“We’d gotten to caught up in the numbers associated with real estate,” Toby said recently. “Focusing on what other agents were doing and not on what we needed to focus on — our customers. We had to learn the hard way and it was a lesson that we have taken to heart and don’t want to repeat anytime soon.

So, with that we’ve launched our new program – Real Estate. Real Easy. On the surface it is really simple. Our goal is to make working with us a pleasurable experience – and how do we do that? By being responsive to your needs, proactive to your expectations, and honest but focused on your dreams.
